Cloudy is designed to be used as a subroutine of other, much larger, programs. I have created a few simple main programs to show how this is done. These drive Cloudy and produce a grid of results. Such grids are often the best way to see global properties of physical situations. A set of programs and a readme file are available in Unix format here, and in Windows format here.
